Cancellation Policy

Getting to Tanzania:

International flights flying direct to Kilimanjaro International airport which is the gateway to the northern circuit parks are KLM, Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Air but there are many others flying to the capital city of Dar es Salaam and can connect to domestic flights from there. If flying to Jomo Kenyatta International airport, connection is possible through regional flights to Kilimanjaro or can use road transfer by shuttle from Nairobi to Arusha. There are shuttles plying this route in either direction at 8.00am and 2.00pm which takes about 4 hours drive.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length are subject to cancellation and no show as follows:

60 – 30 days prior arrival 30% cancellation fees

29 – 15 days prior arrival 65% cancellation fees.

14 – 8 days prior arrival 80% cancellation fees.

07-00 days prior arrival 100% cancellation fees

Rates quoted are subject to  change  without notice should there be any increases in park fees, fuel, or VAT, third party services or any other under circumstances beyond our control in the country featured in the quote/booking. We should not be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables resulting in missed connections. Should an amendment in a routing or itinerary be necessary we will inform you accordingly.
